Question.. - 06-04-2006, 07:47 AM

Hey everyone, I'm thinking about buying a capture card, and I don't know which type I should get, and what things I will need to make sure it works. Anyways, I asking for suggestions on what type I should buy, and once I get one I'd like to know how to hook it upp! So, whats would you get?

LMFAO J3SUS! HE MEANS A TYPE, you just say a medium priced one... wtf?

go with a Dazzle 90 or ATI TV Wonder Pro...

I have a K-World TV Magician, and i think it works damn good in Vdub, go to Fagranks birthday bash for my quality (not deinterlaced btw)

*thg here, .amp. asked me to remove him from the site, but to avoid messing with the forum database I simply moved his post count down to zero.

Edit: changing the post count didn't work so I'm just going to leave it for now.*

If you only use it for montages, go with ATI TV Wonder Pro.
If you like to watch TV from your computer and record, buy WinTV2000. When I say watch TV, I mean straight from your Tv, not record and watch later (but you can if you felt like it).

Ati is easy to hook up. You put it in your comp then just add these wire things and watever you record on you tv it will go too availible space on your harddrive.
