Help Me w/ Video Compression

HELP!!! I need to compress a video for a friend that needs it for school. Its a wmv file and I was wondering what program can I use to compress it and still have very good quality?

ask abusedgoat or THG because i know that they both know how to do it, cause they did it for their monatges, abused's was like huge and he got it down to like 150, and same with THG
unless thats not what your talking about, in that case they still might know, but ignore what i said

no thats exactly what I'm talking about. my file is like 100mb and my flash drive i have to transport it is only 64mb

use WME windows media encoder. you can download it from www.microsoft.com

why dont you just import the file into WMM, and rerender it as 2.1 mbs...if its not like a halo vid, the quality will do fine
