I'm using ATI 9600XT to capture my videos using PowerDirector4 then edit it in Sony Vegas 6 how can i change the settings in PowerDirector to capture high quality AVI videos then compress it to have a small HQ videos like yours.

Iread your post but i don't know where to use it an i read your post about Deinterlace but i have no idea how to fix my video

I moved your thread for you, he only uses a specific capture card and program... if it's outside of that he likely won't know the settings for your set up.
