capture card help - 09-01-2006, 01:05 PM

i bought an ati wonder pro 2.0 usb and when i record everything looks normal but when i go to watch it this is what it looks like

any ideas on whats wrong?

try watching it through windows media player instead.

ya i tried that it asks to try to find one then it starts to play and it looks exacly the same and the divx i already have that and tried it it needs an extension and the converter is only on trial and that expired
