i have pinacle pctv pro external usb capture card is that a good capture card and how to i split it to go from the tv to xbox to computer.

If you can find a 1 female to 2 female Y-adapter get that, but those can be harder to find.
If not, you'll probably have to buy some in-line couplers to go with the splitters.
