Compression Help - 09-21-2006, 11:54 AM
I just got my capture card yesterday (Dazzle 150) and I'm not sure how to compress files. The 15 minute gameplays I make are 600 MB. Do I need to record in lower quality?

See THIS tutorial and start at where it says "DL this codec it's called"
Keep in mind, it does say "After I have the footage recorded in Mpeg2 format." The format in which you capture doesnt really make a difference. Any video format should work.
