even if they did you couldnt record for long since most memory cards are 25mb-1 or 2gB

if your looking for a portable device the works as a pvr/cap card and functions as a media player, i would suggest an Archos player. they're like ipods, but bigger (slightly smaller than a PSP) with a large HD (20-60 gigs). they're about 300 bucks.
