Vdub cut it out as an AVI, upload to a program like vegas or premiere or windows movie maker, then encode to WMP and it should be good quality with small size.
if that doesnt work for you I really dont understand what else could be the problem. But a 9 minute gameplay should not be a big file size at all, I have a 7:30 minute gameplay that is only 52.4 mb |

Ok just do this. Take the whole big file. Put it into WMM and save it to WMV with out compressing it. I dont think the file well be as small but mabye youll have better quality... |
