So if I record it in DVD format, Can I still use the footage? - 11-11-2006, 10:33 AM

Ok, I got alittle problem on my hands. I'm getting my best quality capturing with my DVC130, but it's a DVD recorder. When I capture it's automatically made into DVD format. Question is can I still use it by converting it with a program or is it worth scrap?

Thanks - VK.

Well if it captures an automatically stores in dvd format, can you maybe change the settings to a diff format? or just convert a 10 second clip to see if the quality is any good, if it is, then use it lol.

*thg here, .amp. asked me to remove him from the site, but to avoid messing with the forum database I simply moved his post count down to zero.

Edit: changing the post count didn't work so I'm just going to leave it for now.*

Mmm, I Tried it

I don't know if the quality depends on the DVD Ripper used, But I'm quite happy. Out of the 25 min clip the first few games were really low quality and not usable, But the last 5 mins was as much as I'd ever ask for, Not perfect, But I'm Happy.

Thanks GuNMaYNe.

Edit: http://useruploads.mythica.org/view/Movie_0001-154.wmv something like that.
