first story might be true, but maybe you should have read the part at the bottom of OXM where the staff guys at OXM tried to get banned and did everything they could think of to get banned and he was still not banned.

The 1st story is true, because I went to my friends house and he showed me the copy of the police report, and the messages from microsoft...Also, it doesn't matter what your rep percent is, thats just from your player reports, you only get banned for complaints.

Edit: Response to Gunmayne's comment- Do you really want to see guys penis's while your trying to play a game, or get hit on by a 35 year old pedifile.

Lol, I thought at first this thread was going to have something to do with the game Crackdown coming out... lol, but really, ouch! Sucks to be that kid, because so many people are like that and never get caught.
