I think it's a sport, it just requires A LOT less physical demand as others. I. e. Football
I say this simply because of the competitive aspect and the growth of gaming. I sure as hell know that other sports are harder in some aspects, like wrestling or basketball, but being good at gaming does take skill, which comes from practice. Personally, I like futbol. ![]()

excluding tha obvious Wii Sports, gaming isnt a very active hobby and unless ur a guy that throws his control a mile and then runs to get it before he respawns, then its mostly sitting in a chair, gaming is competitive but it definatly doesnt require much(a lot) of physical prowess so id say no, gaming is more or less in its own category to me
