I wouldn't really consider it a sport, not like football, baseball or basketball... It maybe kind of a different sport.

I think it's a sport, it just requires A LOT less physical demand as others. I. e. Football

I say this simply because of the competitive aspect and the growth of gaming. I sure as hell know that other sports are harder in some aspects, like wrestling or basketball, but being good at gaming does take skill, which comes from practice.

Personally, I like futbol.

Thats not a bad time I subbed in for our state championship 400 team, and I ran a 54 second and I was the slowest runner on our 400 team. Safe to say I got dropped like Saiyan.

And I was not the #12 back in the nation Danny, I played for the # 12 team in the nation I was a top 10 back in KY but not bad none the less.

excluding tha obvious Wii Sports, gaming isnt a very active hobby and unless ur a guy that throws his control a mile and then runs to get it before he respawns, then its mostly sitting in a chair, gaming is competitive but it definatly doesnt require much(a lot) of physical prowess so id say no, gaming is more or less in its own category to me
