hey is 3 red lights or 2 redlight cause it can be an overheating problem u may need to get a inter cooler my 360 was being gay and i finally got a inter cooler and now i have no more problems it only cost 20 bucks its worth it

Did you have your 360 crammed up in a shelf or small area in a room thats hotter than hell?
Get a cooler for it next time and all will be good. I don't understand why you're having trouble contacting microsoft, I had to cancel and Xbox live account and it took 10 minutes max!

First off, when you call that number, say "Agent" and they will connect you with a real person who is much more helpful than that robot. It only takes a week to get it repaired anyways so its a good time for a break I guess. I waited two weeks because we were really busy but yours should only take one if you send it now.
The repair only costs the shipping which is nice so send it ASAP. When you connect with the agent get a pen and some paper and write down every thing he says when it comes to shipping and stuff. You'll need it if you want to get it fixed. |
