Oblivion Help

Will someone please help? I am on the "Defense for Bruma" quest, and I can not figure out how to take the Sigil Stone in the Oblivion Gate at Chorrol.

Please help me

thers probably a million other places to look for answers ...and GV would be the last one

i wasted my money buying oblivion..thanks alot elmo
