XBL Stats

Sorry, if this makes me come off as a total noob, does anyone know (or is anyone willing to admit) how you can get XBL stats in a forum or webpage (like the one to the left)? What would it take to put this on my forum?

Just some knowing of vB or IPB (or w/e software you're running).
