Anyone really think shadowrun can survive after H3 releases?

the way i see it, its halo with elves, dwarves, and trolls instead of spartans and covenant aliens. the controls are sorta like halo. you get to like resurrect ppl and magical stuff like that. thats how i see it as the game being. i think its pretty fun, but ive only got the demo. my bad if my description was inaccurate. i really dont think it has a chance against halo 3 though i have to admit

its a rounds based shooter that has different races that support different special abilitys

troll- hardens when shot therefore takes longer to kill with certain )weapons
elf- self heals so does not a tree of life to heal
dwarf- heashot resistant, and can leech essence from oponnets
human- all tech abilitys mapped take up not essence penalty

you get money for differnet things (ex: killing, grabbing artifact etc) and with that money u buy weapons which vary in price for certain weapons, and techs and magics

the shooting is nothing like halo, and its round based, and has money to get weapons

MLG better be praying that Halo 3 is not a bust competitive wise.


A game that sold wood, has no single player, terribly reviewed by critics, and not even one of the top 10 most played games on Live is supposed to carry MLG? If that's the case MLG might as well fold then waste money on events.

Terribly reviewed by critics? Where did you see these reviews. Yeah, they complained that there is no campaign, I did. But what they gave us is awesome. Sure, there are no ladder animations for climbing, but does it take away from the game so much that it is not enjoyable? I don't think so. The only bad thing I saw reviewed about it consistently was that it was "incomplete."

it has the simplicity of halo 1, but better gp imo

Only complaint. I dont think there should be so many damn rounds cause you have all these options to buy tech and magic shit and not enough places to use them all at once. I hate having to switch, cause im slow at it, haha.
