xbox 360 repair

I have a couple questions about this.

first off, i used a random email to make my 360 accnt since my email had been used for a previous one.

how would i go about switching emails and giving myself a new password if i can't get on my 360?

who should i contact for this?

also, the xbox site is so flooded, i can't even get directions for returning the box right now, so could someone plz give me a brief description of what i have to do for my part to get the box repaired?

i just registered the bastard, so i should be shipping it as soon as the box gets here. anyways, see you people online in a month or so. i'll be skattttttttttttttttttttttttinggggg mo fo's

i checked my console status on xbox.com, and it said it was awaiting arrival of the device at the service center. so my question is, do they send me a box to ship it in, or do i have to get my own box?

apparently i'm a little confused

You send it in your own box to the address they give you.

You call there hotline and ask for the address to ship your xbox 360 to and they give it to you.

sorry for another doublepost, but i have one last question

do i send the 360 with all the cables and my hard drive still connected, or do i just send the console itself, stripped from all the extras?

no just the system alone u should be getting a box and thier should be some directions telling u what to do. see ya around

Only room to grow, progression is everything. thg here, .amp. asked me to remove him from the site, but to avoid messing with the forum database I simply moved his post count down to zero. Edit: changing the post count didn't work so I'm just going to leave it for now.
