I agree 100%. When better maps are released then maybe you (Quinn) will like the game better. And until then, just dont post about halo 3. If you wanna play SR that's fine, but there's one thing I'm not cool with. You CAN NOT judge a game after playing it for one night. If you like SR better, play it. (MLG) customs can fix almost everything retarded about H3.

Yea because it wasnt marketed to the masses has nothing to do with the game not being great

No its not, its what all the noobs use in public matches. The reason this is not a good combo is because the katana rewards the player who is aggressive, the player who sneaks in and gets hand to hand combat with someone, this is not what and elf is supposed to do. The elf is supposed to be the support player who sits back with a rifle and rezes people

Maps, you cant fix bad maps even with the forge.

Honestly if anything I am glad I was disappointed with H3 because without it i would not be playing SR. I must say I never thought I would love a game again after H2 but SR changed everything.

I am also glad I have SR because now when I do turn on H3(if I ever do) I can just play for fun and not worry about taking it serious

I honeatly dont understand this logic at all. People complained about the imbalances in Halo 2, so bungie makes it more balanced, and needing more skill/strategy to win, and people complain about there not being a 'be all, end all' of weapons (halo 2 BR).

... but if you enjoy another game, great. But i wouldnt dare call a game as huge as Halo 3 a 'gaming dissapointment of catastrophic proportions'... because it clearly isnt.
