You should go pro then. I could land 3 head shots in h3 with no trouble of people are not moving, or running straight lines. I assure you that had you been playing with good players, or even players who moved you would not be landing 3 straight head shots, sniping is way harder hitting a moving target in SR then any halo game, because the balloon changes in SR the reticule never changes size in h3

If you shoot someone who is not strafing and only running in straight lines its very easy, problem is each race moves different, on top of that magic is completely changes things, teleport, smoke, wired reflex, glider all change the dynamic of sniping

Also dwarfs can not be headshot

I play as troll so I never snipe

Being a good sniper in Shadowrun doesn't make me a good competitive player.

You're judging the competitve aspect of Halo 3 way before it's even established. It took a year for MLG to establish a full competitive lineup after Halo 2 came out, and they still made changes. MLG is at a much greater place now than they were then so I can't see it taking more than another few weeks of scrims and tweaks to really perfect things.

My question still hasn't been answered though. Other than the beatdown system, what problems are there with the game that MLG customs hasn't already fixed?

I was not talking about H3 anymore, sniping is harder in SR end of story.

I dont like the bullet spread of the br, the slow reload and slow yy. You can yy after you have put the clip in the BR and it still wont have reloaded when you YY. I dont like the maps, I feel the pit is the best map and if it were in H2 it would not even be played. It may be the closest thing to arena but it has small corridors and hallways as well. Maps are my biggest problem, that and gadgets(which currently MLG has fixed) Without new maps I see no reason for me to go back to H3. I am loving the competitive nature of SR and I feel it is much much much better suited for the competitive gamer then H3 is.

On top of that I did answer you question earlier, the maps ruin the game. The forge can not turn off shield doors, it can not close the huge underground section of isolation.

Also you can not fix the spawn system through forge you can just improve it.

The only good maps you had before they came out with new maps in H2 were Lockout and Miship. Now you have The Pit, Construct and Narrows. They also said they're coming out with new maps soon.

Narrows is a terrible map, Construct is the best map, maybe the pit idk. Also H2 had beaver creek which is still a great map to this day, along with midship and lockout is ok. Colossus was a great map as well, if it wasnt so easy to spawn camp blue that would have been one of the best halo maps ever I think

Yep I love CS, I wish that SR had a predictable bullet spray like CS does, actually its worth checking out because if it does then that would be awesome

ummm. I used to hate it, i started to like it because it has some good dynamics to it. The thing I dont like is the 3 air lifts that take you into perfect camping positions. Sadly it seems like every map has the perfect camp point to it. Anyway construct I feel is one of the few maps that actually has depth to it, if you are playing a good team there is no reason to ever go up those grav lifts
