Wow guys I just picked up this game last night and let me tell you its simply amazing. I have been watching it on the pro circuit all year but after actually playing it its just jaw dropping. Most of my friends think that H3 is a gaming dissapointment of catastrophic proportions and I know that many of you on this site feel the same way. After playing SR last night I know that I do not feel the need to ever pick up h3 again unless they bring us the biggest patch in gaming history to h3. Until that time I am happily playing SR and H2.

Here is to hoping both of those games are on the pro circuit next year because SR deserves it. More people need to play this game, I cant believe it only sold 350,000 copies that absurd. The game is incredibly deep and it is a game where you actually have to think to beat your opponents and it feels good. No 3 bursts one melee with an ar to kill in SR.

A lot of people think that SR is not a game for them, I will admit this game is not for everyone but it is for most of the people I have met. If you give it a shot you will love it

Yeah it is a great game. I haven't played it since H3 but I still find myself using the directional pad to point out enemies and switching weapons so I can run faster (elf). Ha ha...

Yea I didnt have the money to get SR back then, but after my hated for H3 I had no choice but to trade in games and get SR. The only thing bungie did right with h3 was make it hard to aim with the br, and the only reason I think they did that was so that noobs had a better chance of killing using spray and pray across the map.

but yeah anyway sad to say that games gunna die cuz microsoft got rid of fasa becuz SR hardly sold any copies and was just causing microsoft to lose money (so no new updates or anything of the sort for SR)

i do enjoy playing it tho

quinn if u need good kids to play with just tell me, 3 kids from my school went to orlando to play sr, theyre really good. so if u want a couple really good kids to play with let me know

A friend of mine was very hurt and sore by what Bungie produced. I am willing to give it time. But I can't wait for CoD 4.

I still honestly dont understand why so many people dislike H3. IMO is an improvement over Halo 2 and Halo CE... because its a combination of the 2.

Also, I never mentioned this before... butt he whole reasoning behind your dislike for Halo 3 is kinda hypocritical. Halo 3 is hard to aim with the BR and is 'too easy for n00bs to be good'.

... yet clearly there is a skill gap when people consistently beat their opponents by enormous amounts.

I honeatly dont understand this logic at all. People complained about the imbalances in Halo 2, so bungie makes it more balanced, and needing more skill/strategy to win, and people complain about there not being a 'be all, end all' of weapons (halo 2 BR).

... but if you enjoy another game, great. But i wouldnt dare call a game as huge as Halo 3 a 'gaming dissapointment of catastrophic proportions'... because it clearly isnt.

The company that made SR broke up. No SR unless someone buys it out and remakes.

Don't even try Plantex... I have tried to tell him. He is too hard headed.

Oh and I thought SR was a pretty boring game after playing the demo. I am sure there is more to the game than the demo but I didn't like the game much at all.
