xbox gamertag help

yes i cannnot get this damn xbox gamertag image to work. ive tried [img] ive done c&p from microsoft. its amazing its not working at all...
any tips?

just send it in it only take about two weeks for the whole or less at max itll take 3 weeks

if so go to your user/cp or what ever and put down your gamertag in the box were it ask you what it is.
