Xbox dashboard not coming up

my dash board wont come up, it lets me play a game, but never lets me go to marketplace, i just wasted 40 bucks on points too lol

that blows. You might be able to aD DMICRSOFT POINTS without going to the dashboard some how.

i fixed it, it is just really laggy, i have to towel trick it tomorrow until i get my shippin box here

yah the dashboard has been super laggy/slow since the update/live was down
takes me probably 30-45 seconds now, instead of just instant

yeah its working now but xbox live has been horrible lately, failed connections, horrible hosts, lagging me to hell.
