I couldn't find my tut, but here is one that kiwi wrote a while ago at H3F.
Now its time to capture, open up virtual dub, just go into the virtual dub file you downloaded and open it up from there. Once opened click on 'file' then 'Capture AVI'.Then click on 'video' then 'video source' select 'composite'. Then go to video then click 'preview' you should see your xbox.
Now you have to configure your settings, click on 'video' then 'Capture pin', use these settings:
click on 'video' again, then 'preview pin' The same setting should be used.
Then click on 'video' then 'capture filter' and you can tweak these settings yourself but you should have sharpness on '7'
Now enable 'huffyuv'. Go to 'video' then 'compression' select 'huffyuv v2.1.1'
Now go to 'file' then 'set capture file' and make a file where you want to capture to, once your ready, click on 'capture' and then 'capture video' When you want to stop just go to 'capture video' then 'stop' EASY.
p.s if you're video is in black and white go to 'video' then 'capture source' then click on 'tuner' and then go back to 'composite', it should then be in colour. If you're video isnt showing up then just make sure video source is set to composite and all wires are connected. If you are using s-video that is under video source as well.
