Holy Moley this game looks sick

I am looking forward to this more than I was for Halo 3 (which was sort of meh for me tbh!)

I think it is because I have never been into that type of game before.

Anyway, here is a gameplay video for any who have not seen it before:

After seeing that, I can say with 100% confidence I won't be buying the game unless I see rave reviews from TONS of players.

I wouldn't get this if you dont like Command and Conquer. (Halo Wars looks remarkably similar to it) If you want to get a possible preview of this Halo wars try the Command and Conquer 3 demo on the marketplace

Yes it reminds me very much of C+C, which was a horribly imbalanced game. Roommate in college had that game, there were some things that you basically couldn't counter or stop that could wipe out your opponent's base... too soon to say for Halo Wars, but with SC2 coming out relatively soon... why bother? Halo Wars lost a LOT of respect for me for 2 things in that demo. First of all, the selection system is a joke but they did the best they could. Secondly, once they started talking about graphics and textures I immediately thought of GP value in H3 non custom games.

Looks like one of those age of the empire games i love so much or somthin like Comand & conquer game, I don't know about this one. One a computer it was fun but i never really liked the games like this on the 360, much slower to control and this game looks really slow paced. Im still going to buy it eventually though because im a die hard halo fan!

I thought this was going to be THE game, I mean come on Halo 3 sucks.....come on it's not anywhere near as fun as halo 2. I thought Halo wars might fill that gap?
