Hey,
There's some tutorials around for Sony Vegas, But the most helpful I've come around is on the QsK website (I cant remember exactly who made it). What format are your vids originally? I'm guessing you can't import them into vegas because of them being MPEG?

My capture card records in MPEG (un-editable) format as well. I use MPEG Streamclip to convert the files to an editable format.
http://www.squared5.com It's free, and it's retartedly simple to use. You can convert any MPG or MPEG file into MOV, DV, AVI, MPEG-4, or WMV format. However, it is highly illeagal from what I've heard, but I've never heard of anybody getting busted for using it.

I don't really care. I just heard it's illeagal because when I asked this same question on a different forum the guy told me it was illeagal. I don't know if it really is or not. I just said "from what I've heard" I didn't say I knew for sure.
