What you need to do :
Call 1-800-4MYCOCKBLOX. Get in touch with the Xbox 360 Support. Your gonna go through a computer guy that talks to you for about 20 minutes, than you'll get Hadji from India, cool guy, i think i know him by now. Or your get Guernica from El Salvador, shes fly too. Than basically they have UPS drop a box at your house for your 360 than you send it to them, and they fix it, free of charge.

remember they extended the warrenty so i think ur good ... and i remember someone saying this a while back but they unplugged the power box thing for a day and then plugged it back in and everything was fine
sometimes its not the actual box itself but the power thingyy |

lmao yup ur ****ed, its happened to 3 of my friends who bought tha damn thing early, have fun with ur next 3 to 4 weeks of no xbox
if anyone wants to kno how to help avoid this BUY THA DAMN INTERCOOLER!!!!! i just got my 360 couple days ago (proud owner of a 360 intercooler), its only like 15 dollars

I've had mine for a year today and have never had any probs with it. No intercooler, and I have it stuck in a pretty much closed up entertainment center. The power brick is outside of the entertainment center behind it. It has yet to overheat. How long ago did you buy it because I thought Microsoft said they had all of those probs cleared up.
