i had xboxlive but my dad took it off by calling the xbox company buti told my dad to renew it and he went on the xbox and entered his CC #. it said u have to create a new account to sign into XBL. my dad doesn't want to spend another $50 so if u have any idea on how to help me please reply i will appreciate it thanks.

I would say create a new account it shouldn't be a big deal if not then you would have to recover your old one. Just click recover account it will say gamertag then CC number and it should work.

Go to your Xbox Dashboard, and then go to Account Recovery (if you know all your info. If you don't. Call 1-800-4MYXBOX and they should be able to help you out. Just follow all of the phone steps.
