Alright...I just tried to sign onto XBL and it made me go to the account management section in the dashboard.

A message showed up that my tag was done and i should check my billing info.(I know my GT still has time on it)

Has this happened to anyone and if so what did you do to get this problem resolved?

1-800-4myxbox is probly your best bet to find out exactly whats wrong

1800 4my xbox is gay.... i cant 3 accounts canceled because of false info on my accounts after having them for a week. im like r u joking how do u no this stuff??? do u have a bird behind me or sumthin???? neways they would not give me the account back.. after i ended up speding some 70 dollars on the 3 accounts....

Dont use fake CC's or Call them and reactivate your acct., the time could've ran out or Your mom/dad cancelled the CC they put it on

i had an account where the CC expired (idk if thats the exact thing with them) but it kept going and i never had to renew

Yeah, just call them, they've always been very helpful for all of my problems.

You want to be annoyed, try calling EA. UGHHHHH. STUPID PEOPLE. I had Battlefield 2 for the original xbox, and it would never load the maps. I replaced the disk a good 4-5 times from like 3 different stores and it still didn't work. I called them over 10 times, and was never ever able to get a good answer. Once they told me to clear my HD and download the things again, and it would work for one session, and then go back to crap. So I just gave up and waited till I got the 360 version. Compared to EA, 18004myxbox is unbelivable.

Ive had this problem many times the whole time ive had the 360. call that number 18004myxbox and as for help it will work out. If it does not work out if you have a wireless connection...take the router and unplug it from your system and everything else it is connected to and turn off your computer, after it is all unplugged there should be a reset button on your router and click it three times...after about ten minites turn everything back on and your account should be back. The only reason i did this was because i was told to do it by 1800 4 MY XBOX. If it does not work call them and ask for help yourself.

i didnt use a fake cc i ended spending 20 dollars on two account from my bros 360 and before that i had bought a year account for 50... they were both banned ina week.. .and i was on the fone for an hour and a half.... until my mom picked the fone up and dealt with it.
