cap card problem w/ rasp play in gow

ok so i recorded this play a while ago and it really choppy and when i record it keeps dropping frames then i went out and bought 512 mn of ram put in in my cpu so now i have 760 mb of ram i went and recoded again and it was still choppy and dropping frames and i also celan up my cpu of a bunch of crap so plz watch the vid to see my proble and the rasp play :]

Are you running a lot of programs while you are capturing? What kind of capture card do you have? is it a usb capture card or a pci capture card?

for starters try closing any programs you arent using and closing all the programs that are running the background. assuming you are using a pc go start>run>type in "msconfig" and then go to the services tab. then you have to decide what you want and dont want running in the background.
