Same thing happened to my sister's boyfriend. Call MS (1800 number should be on xbox.com) and tell them whats happening. Send yours back, and you get get a new one back in as little as 2 days.

Stunt..... I feel you..... I'd be really ****in' pissed off too...... BUT!!!! I heard what goes bad is the converter, NOT the XBox it self...... if you had the converter somewhere where there's NO air circulating the coverter gets hot and THATS what causes the freezing......it happend once to me and I placed it in a better area and since then NO problems........

Good Luck Buddy......if you do want to go ballistic on MS, I got an AR-15

yes for the 5th time im gunna say this...> i know im sendin it back but all the shit i worked hard for is gone.. finito..comprende? all my gamer points which i had about 3110... all my shit. If you haven't already sent it back, you can but a MU and save all of your important things on the MU and send it back.
