you cant because microsoft prevents you from moving media content thats copyrighted. capture card it and use vegas or studio to convert it to w/e file

Actually, there is a way to do it. Although, it requires some prior knowledge in "modding terms/vocabulary." You have to open up your hard drive then hook it up to your pc. Download a program and so forth. Just a real hassle unless you actually know what they are talking about. I would explain it to you but it would be kinda pointless 'cause I know you don't wanna go through all that hassle. IMO, unless you have an extra 360 just laying around that you can mod and play with, it's not worth it.

just use quicksilverscreen.com go to the forums tv shows divx format and dl what ever episode you want in high divx quality.
