Dead Rising, In General

Dead Rising, Capcom for the Xbox 360. In general a good game, but with some drawbacks. Post your thoughts and ideas for Dead Rising. And if you think that there could be a Dead Rising 2, possibly with more areas than the mall. And you could unlock more weapons than just finding the best ones and just being able to get those. And possibly less reading involved?

isnt that the game were ur liek a cowboy or soemthing meh dont have a xbox 360 and i porbally wont get 1 even tho i wanna play halo 3 so im stuck

um..............no dan its a game with zombies...........and ur trying to survive in a mall filled with them and crazy people, while trying to save other survivers

My friends said that they loved it as soon as they got it, but like 2 days later found it really dumb and a waste of money. Big dissapointment...

honestly it looks like it has tons of potential but dosent live up to it i mean your in a mall where almost everything is a weapon....right there theres so much potential but ive heard that the shooting portion of the weapons arent worth it so the game basis on melee whihc is fine for me i like how the game goes on if your there or not but not the you can only save at certain points and the 1 player, if it had1-4 online it would be awsome i like how you can customize alot but i hear that the weapons break after a certain amount of use and it happens fast, the campaign is like 72 hours you have to survive and theres multiple endings and after that theres another mode than after that theres another where its infinite and you can get the title of zombie slayer or somehting if you kill like 52,345 or around there zombies cuz thats the population of the town....if they had a dead rising 2 it would have to be on a much larger scale like an entire town and a longer survival time like a week, and the town would have to be huge.....i wouldnt want to be a photojournalist though just like a cop or a regular joe...and i want off the bat character customs like, guy, girl hieght weight that kinda of thing...

Well one thing they could do is make Dead Rising 2 multiplayer. Co-op with friends would be crazy....

I don't have the game, only what I have read from electronics gaming magazine.

I hear that the game does only give you 72 hours which pass by amlost as fast as real time, that everything is a weapon haven't heard if it breaks, that would suck. You only have 1 save slot and can only save in bathrooms. Tons of zombies but it says it gets old. Multiple endings. Other then that nothing specific, most people I have talked to either really like it or hate it.

I agree that there is tons of potential and I think that if a second one was made I agree it should be in a whole town and that there should be no timelimit, just survive. How fun would that be? See how long you can last in a dead city like new york you have to eat and sleep, but everyone is a zombie, well most people. you have to steal from shops that kind of thing. Kind of like a knock off of sims but 3rd person everything is a weapon and you can kill everything. I would love a game like that.
