Wow... Xbox Cannot help!

I try to get my xbl back so i need some help....

I wrote to xbl support team (via email) and they said to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX

I call them... and you know what?!?!?!

they said to write an e-mail to xbox support team!!!!

Wow

any1 are more intellegent than them?

yeah.... im using a router.....
my modem is not near my xbox

ya, i tried calling xbox support, im not gunna do it again, i sat on hold, and sat there, and sat there, and sat there, then when they finially got on, they didnt know what to do, since i didnt have a 360... go figure...

^Well that's prolly cause you pressed the wrong customer support button, they are always very helpful for me!

When I called to cancel one of my accounts they did easily, I didn't have to wait very long and she was really nice

Here are answers:

1. If using wireless....... Get rid of it
2. Might have tio call your ISP so they can connect it....
3. Make sure your IP is not Disabled

I actually sound like a comp wiz right??? Im not but those are answers
