Thats not true tho you dont need to return them you just need to call them or tell them what the problem is and they give u the part free. Sum people might have to bring them in tho.

But if thats the case, there lays a problem. Isn't it breaking the warrenty if you open your Xbox? which I would assume you would need to open the xbox to put in the new part. This is a VERY big deal, from what I'm hearing, this is turning out to be one of the WORST consol launch to date.

uhh idk Why is bill gates so f***ing stupid

WoW well i guess there has to be some xbox 360 that are screwed but i hope this doesnt become a HUGE prob becuz if it does thats like my worst nightmare. I cant wait till december 8 when i get mine but if it might not work that suckS!

drgnslyer you right dude if bcuz if you open the xbox and take it back they might not coperate and if its sumthing else they wont take it back. But if you get the one year warranty thing round where i live and its 8$ if anything goes wrong they fix or i think they give you a new one still i cant believe it might not work. I just hope when i get mine it works and if it doesnt my friend that has one will have to sleep over my house everyday and bring his over that atcually WORKS!

I had heard it had problems too, but I heard it was only for the Premium.

Im also getting a 360 for christmas, i dont know whether its premium or not, but I dont care...its free

, maybe ill sell it on ebay... if its a core.
